Last week, we had a trunk show at the store for a new line of shoes we started carrying called Dee Keller. Dee was one of the sweetest ladies I’ve met in a long while, and to add to that - she gave everyone a free pair of shoes. Mind you her women’s shoes range from about $250 to well over $400. So sweet of her! She said, “Well, if you guys can sell more of my shoes by wearing my shoes, then I’m happy to do it!”

When I was walking her to her car, she goes, “Well, I guess since I gave all the girls a pair of shoes, I can send you a pair of my mens shoes too.” I had no idea she even made mens shoes, to be totally honest, but who am I to pass up a free pair of $350 drivers? Lets not be silly. 

Long story short, this is the shoe she is going to send me and I can’t wait to get it!!!

This will be my next project.

I am not at all sure what colors I will use (the paint comes in 66 colors!!!)

Christian Siriano’s newest line of shoes for Payless - his Gold Collection

That cutout wedge bootie is amazing.

Also, if you ever get a chance to see these in person, I highly recommend it. We have them both in the store, and they are…. well they are both just magical. 

So today at work was an exciting one…

We had the Vice President of Jimmy Choo in the store with a preview of the new Spring and Resort Collections (first store in Houston, even before the Jimmy Choo shop.) He’s actually kinda hot in a Marc Jacobs kind of way. Also, I fell in love with half the Spring Choo collection.

We also had Jill Reno, jewelry designer, in the store. She’s a beautiful woman with fiery red hair with three streaks of white-grey in it - all in all, I love her and I love her jewelry.

Finally, we have the Monique Lhuillier Spring 2012 Ready To Wear Collection. These dresses are stunning in person, and I couldn’t help but stare at everyone who tried one on. They are works of art, honestly. This is a picture from the runway show in New York, along with a picture I took of our concierge, Bridgette, when she tried it on. Simply stunning.
